coffee shops.. time to refresh your display
Get your counter displays looking great to capitalise on sales during the cold weather in the months ahead -- apologies for being the only person who loves the winter as it really is when hot chocolate sales peak of course :)
Please do ensure you give the glass jars a good clean. You can freshen up the wooden lids with a little olive oil too. We have been sending out the new jar tags with all recent orders - please ask whenever required as it helps present the collection at its best.
Do you have the display jars on the front counter at point of ordering? Improves the uptake for sales and entices new customers - and don't forget our new counter mats (complimentary) for that very purpose.
What really works best is to offer four varieties of hot chocolate or all five to make a feature, so if you are waiting for opportunity to try our Haiti 75 then suggest now. In the next newsletter we will send out some links to the co-operative in Dame Marie where the cocoa is grown so you get a better feel of the place and the people.
We are exhibiting at CUP NORTH in Manchester on 01 and 02 November - so if you can please support the new event and come along and say hello.
