All our flakes are very finely grated chocolate so the appearance is more like a powder. Makes it easiest to use by baristas in cafes. Our chocolate flakes from the Dominican Republic can also be used at home in all automatic milk frothers including the velvetiser. This single origin is deliciously smooth with tastes of vanilla, red cherry and brownie.
