Two varieties of bean, criollo and trinitario, make up this chocolate with 58% cocoa. The beans are sourced from the region of “Sur de Lago” in North West Venezuela by Lake Maracaibo with its perfect climate surrounded by tall shade trees – if you’ve missed travelling, let our Venezuelan hot chocolate whisk you away.
